Energy efficiency, environmental concerns, health priorities, and building regulations - all are fed into the design brief at the earliest stage, allowing the development of products that considers a broad cross section of real world considerations. To ensure that the highest standards are met, considerable resource is allocated to the essential processes of testing and refining. Before any product comes to market, it is rigorously tested in our own BEAB approved laboratory. Airflow, pressure development, sound characteristics, electrical integrity, mechanical safety and electro-mechanical compatibility are evaluated against internationally recognised standards - verifying performance data which we then publish to help customers make informed product choices.
Once refined, our new products are then manufactured to the highest quality. The majority of all our manufacturing takes place at our two production facilities in the UK – one which is dedicated to metals, the other to plastics. We also build our own heat recovery cells, to ensure the highest performance levels. End of line test procedures (and adherence to Quality Control BS/EN ISO9001:2015) are important to us as well as to our discerning customers. Resulting confidence in our high manufacturing standards allows us to supply our products with the reassurance of a long guarantee (5 years in the case of the Lo-Carbon range).
