Places on our courses are limited so we therefore operate a cancellation policy regarding refunds. We also dispatch course materials before the course commences so that delegates can see and become familiar with the content.
Once we have received your booking you will be liable for the whole fee. However for cancellations made more than 20 working days in advance a refund will be given less a 20% administration fee.
General
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all training carried out by Vent-Axia Group Limited. No additions to, or modifications of, these Terms and Conditions shall have effect unless expressly agreed in writing. No refunds will be made for cancellation of block bookings, in-house training, promotional and other specially arrangements.
We reserve the right to cancel a course, we will make every effort to ensure this does not occur. In the event of a course being canceled alternative dates will be proposed or a full refund of fees will be made . We take no responsibility for loss of profit and/or for any incidental, consequential special or indirect losses as a consequence of exceptional cancellations.
Substitute delegates may be accepted with prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel a course should the number of bookings fall below the minimum number of delegates. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the course is suitable for their requirements. Except as may otherwise be expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, all warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings and representations of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, whether by statute, common law or otherwise, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and Vent-Axia Limited shall have no other obligation, duty or liability whatsoever in contract, tort, statute or otherwise to the Customer.
All Intellectual Property Rights for any product, course material or service remain the property of Vent-Axia Group Limited unless otherwise specifically agreed.
The information contained in all coursework & literature is distributed without warranty. While every precaution has been taken in the preparation of the training courses and associated literature Vent-Axia Group Limited shall have any liability to any person or entity with respect to any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the instructions contained in the coursework.
