With the new Approved Document F and Approved Document L now published, along with the Complnace Guides, some significant changes are about to land.

Now there are minimim peformance standards for all types of mechanical ventilation solutions including intermittent extract fans. All intermittent fans are now required to have a minimum specific fan power (SFP) of 0.5w/l/s. The Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon range now offers a compliant product in every application, so you can simply change you exsisting specification to the Lo-carbon variant to comply.
