Ventilation for any room
The Lo-Carbon Quadra SELV offers a single fan suitable for surface or flush mounting (when used with the flush mounting kit) in any room. Speeds selectable at installation enable Quadra to be used in toilets, bathrooms, utility rooms or kitchens to
comply with either continuous or intermittent Building regulations (Document F) requirements. Low speed selectable between 6, 9 and 12l/s and high between 15, 30 and 60l/s all with through the wall or two ducted selections to ensure installed performance is met.
Low maintenance design
The unique filterless design provides a maintenance free fan with the additional benefit of a cartridge system in the unlikely event of a motor failure. This ensures that it offers the easiest installation and replacement available. Less waste also means less landfill, improving the products carbon footprint and sustainability.
Discrete
With discrete aesthetics and low noise levels due to an accurately balanced impeller. it is also one of the most unobtrusive centrifugal kitchen fans available. The front cover design also provides no area for dirt to build up so it
stays looking better for longer.
Motor
Incorporated into the Lo-Carbon Quadra is a highly efficient DC long life ball bearing motor. DC motors offer the benefit of over 90% efficiency over conventional shaded pole motors within their class. The fully enclosed motor is fixed onto a 3 position anti-vibration mount which offers higher reliability and lower noise.
Quadra SELV has been designed to meeting building requirements where there is a need to fit in Zone 1 containing a fixed bath or shower according to IEE wiring regulation.

The fan should be suitable for flush or surface mounting, for wall, panel and ducted applications. The fan should have a 100mm spigot with integral backdraught shutter capable of changing its orientation to receive rear entry or vertical ducting. The fan should be able to offer constant trickle ventilation boosted by various integral sensors.
The electronically controlled DC motor is fitted with long life ball bearings to provide an expected 40,000 hour running life and a Standard Thermal Overload Protection (S.T.O.P.). The motor should be insulated to Class III and conform to BS EN 60335-2-80.
Operation via pullcord/light switch or integral overrun timer. IPX7 rated.
The fan can be flush mounted by using kit 43 92 56
