Product Specification

Lightweight, easily installed ducting. PVC coated glass fibre fabric on a PVC coated steel wire helix. The helix is stronger than similar types available to resist distortion damage due to rough handling.

Fire rating: when assessed against the integrity criterion of BS 476: Part 20: 1987, the ducting provides 54 minutes integrity from inside to outside. Suitable for applications covered by BS 5588: Part 9: 1989, code of practice.

NB: For maximum fan performance it is important that flexible ductwork is fully extended and is adequately supported to eliminate unnecessary bends. Intended bends should be of the largest possible radius.
