The New Vent-Axia PIR Timer has been designed to control heating and ventilation. The PIR Timer is switched on by detection of moving body heat within the detection range. When body heat is no longer detected, the unit will switch off after the adjustable time period has elapsed. If moving body heat is detected again during the timing period, the timing sequence will restart. Adjustable timing range between 10 seconds and 1 hours. As these timers have been designed for general purpose loads, a neutral feed is required at the switch position. This will allow the timer to be used in various application from incandescent, fluorescent and compact fluorescent lighting to heating and ventilation loads. Electric heating can be controlled, either directly or via the heater control circuit. Several timers can be wired in parallel to control the same load if required.
