With a win and a second at Cadwell Park today Worx Crescent Suzuki's Tommy Hill has finished the first nine-round stage of the British Superbikes Championship with the lead on points. Hill's team-mate Yukio Kagayama meanwhile took two seventh places finishes today to lift his standing in the championship to 12th.

After set-up issues blighted Saturday's qualifying and race, Tommy Hill and Yukio Kagayama made good progress in today's racing at the eighth round of the 2010 British Superbikes Championship at Brands Hatch. Changes to the set-up on their Worx Crescent Suzukis saw Hill improve to finish with 6-4 results, while Kagayama placed 8-7. Hill's recovery helped him to maintain second place position in the BSB championship.

Worx Crescent Suzuki's Tommy Hill rode two hard fought races at the seventh round of the British Superbikes Championship at Snetterton today to grab two second place finishes and take back the lead of the championship.

Weather blighted the sixth round of the British Superbike Championship at Knockhill in Fife today. Only the first race was run, and in wet and blustery conditions Worx Crescent Suzuki's Tommy Hill found himself battling tyre issues to bring his GSX-R1000 home in eighth place.

Worx Crescent Suzuki's Tommy Hill had to recover from a race one crash today to secure a strong podium finish in the second race and so protect his lead in the 2010 British Superbikes Championship.
After qualifying in pole position then posting fastest time in morning warm-up, Hill looked set for podium finishes if not wins today. However, in the first race while tailing the leader, Ryuichi Kiyonari, Hill made a momentary mistake as he raced through Hall Bends and ground an engine case on one of the kerbs, causing him to crash.

The UK Crawley-based air management expert Vent-Axia has continued its commitment to supporting British sport this year with the sponsorship of local rider Tommy Hill, who rides for leading team Worx Crescent Suzuki in the British Superbikes (BSB) Championship. So far the collaboration has been a great success, three events into the 12-event series, Tommy Hill is comfortably leading the title chase by 51 points.

Tommy Hill took second and third place finishes at Oulton Park today to significantly extend his lead in the British Superbike Championship. His Worx Crescent Suzuki team-mate Yukio Kagayama was unfortunately the victim of a race one accident that also left him unable to take part in race two.
For Hill it was another day of strong performances. In race one rival Stuart Easton led off the line and while Hill was never more than three-tenths of a second behind, Easton's late-braking style prevented a pass. At the finish Hill was just 0.058-seconds adrift.

Tommy Hill took a win and a second today at Thruxton, round two of the British Superbike Championship, to significantly increase his lead in championship standings.
With an identical scorecard to Brands Hatch, the Worx Crescent Suzuki rider again put together a commanding performance in race one and then backed it up with a strong performance in race two, limiting his risks, building his championship lead.

Worx Crescent Suzuki's Tommy Hill leads the 2010 British Superbike championship after a win and a second place at round one at Brands Hatch today.
Hill yesterday qualified second fastest and he used the front row start to great effect today in race one, shadowing rival Ryuichi Kiyonari for two-thirds distance before passing and making good the race win. In race two he closely followed James Ellison but in view of their very fast pace and the complications of passing lappers on the tight track elected to take a safe second place finish to secure the championship lead.

The Kawasaki Superbike Racing Team got the 2010 Hannspree World Superbike Championship season underway at Phillip Island earlier today with new signings Tom Sykes and Chris Vermeulen enduring mixed fortunes at the Australian track.
With last year's rookie season behind them, the Paul Bird Motorsport Team were optimistic regarding their progress with the factory Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R and following the test a few days earlier, both Sykes and Vermeulen were in buoyant mood going into the season opener.
