The Swan Yamaha team are celebrating tonight after Tommy Hill secured a maiden MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship title with a sensational performance in the final race of the year to beat title rival John Hopkins to the line by just 0.006 seconds. The second place meant that Hill was crowned champion with a two point advantage at the end of the season.

The Swan Yamaha team returned to the podium again at the sixth round of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship at Snetterton as Tommy Hill took an impressive second place in the opening race.

The Swan Yamaha team had a challenging raceday at Oulton Park today at the second round of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship. Tommy Hill who had yesterday powered to the pole position was sidelined after morning warm up following a heavy crash whilst Michael Laverty secured two fifth places.

The Swan Yamaha team got their season off to a flying start at Brands Hatch for the opening round of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship as Tommy Hill took a first and second place to lead the standings ahead of Oulton Park. The opening race of the day ended in dramatic fashion for Michael Laverty as he suffered a highside whilst leading the race at Clark Curve, which caused Hill to take evasive action and drop down the order to eleventh. Hill then fought back and a determined performance saw him finish second.

Worx Crescent Suzuki's Tommy Hill finished in third place in the MCE Insurance British Superbikes Championship today at Oulton Park. Hill had led the championship into the two final races but a crash in the first race destroyed his championship chances.

Tommy Hill overcame difficult weather conditions and technical set backs today, at the penultimate round of the British Superbikes Championship at Silverstone, to retain his lead in the BSB title standings. The Worx Crescent Suzuki rider rode to eighth and fifth in the two wet races and takes an 11 point lead into the final round of championship at Oulton Park in two weeks time.

Tommy Hill made good on his pole position qualifying performance to place first and second today at round ten of the British Superbikes championship at Croft in North Yorkshire. The Worx Crescent Suzuki rider battled another GSX-R1000 – that of Relentless Suzuki by TAS's Michael Laverty – in two closely matched encounters and so now leads the BSB title standings by 16 points over Laverty.
