JOB TITLE: Marketing Services Manager
REPORTS TO: Marketing Director
DEPARTMENT: Marketing MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Raise the profile of the brand in line with the marketing budget and sales plan by managing and coordinating the activities of the marketing services team. Ensuring effective delivery within agreed deadlines. Be the business expert in a relevant product group (Domestic, Commercial, Cooling, Hygiene and Own Brand). Develop this portfolio via a strategic and integrated marketing plan to achieve sales and profit budget requirements in the product groups.

JOB TITLE: CAD Designer – Development Engineer
REPORTS TO: Group Product Development Manager
DEPARTMENT: Technical
LOCATION: Crawley PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To work within the Vent-Axia New Products Development team to provide CAD modelling (Autodesk Inventor), drawing and analysis (e.g. FEA) skills to the Development Engineers. To help the department move from Development Engineers who work with CAD Draughtsman to CAD-capable Development Engineers. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY To always work in a safe manner without putting himself, colleagues or members of the public at risk.
