Vent-Axia’s ground-breaking Lo-Carbon™ Centra and Quadra fans have helped improve the indoor air quality for residents at a block of flats. The flats known as Spencerbeck are located in the Ormesby area of Middlesbrough. They were refurbished by Coast & Country as part of the Decent Homes programme.

The unit’s energy saving Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon DC motors improve its efficiency and carbon reducing capabilities, providing up to 80% energy savings on the motor over traditional AC driven fans alone.

Continuing its commitment to industry development, Vent-Axia, the leader in low carbon solutions for the HEVAC market, has recently become a BPEC (British Plumbing Employers Council (Training) Ltd) approved training centre.
The BPEC course offered by Vent-Axia at its Crawley Head Office is designed to meet the requirements outlined in the Domestic Ventilation Compliance Guide 2010 for the installation, inspection, testing, commissioning and provision of information for fixed domestic systems for both new and existing residential buildings.
