With the changing requirement for ventilation as outlined in Document L and the new Document F, Vent-Axia continues to lead the way in the development of new products. With more focus upon energy saving and indoor air quality, our products are now being specifically designed to meet these needs.

New Heat Recovery products with cell efficiency up to 95% , new Multivent products with multispeed facility offering close control ventilation, and the new Healthcare range, products designed to focus on the growing concerns over poor indoor air quality.

With this in mind Vent-Axia now offers a full turn key service, from an initial enquiry to completion of a project, including quotation, design, installation and commissioning.

Design/quotation package
From an initial enquiry we can offer a full design and quotation package, following a discussion/site survey with one of our sales executives, we can advise and establish which system is best suited. From that our designers, using a state of the art software system, have the facility to produce detailed drawings showing system designs, including unit location, duct runs, controls etc. Designs can be either scanned into the system or taken from an Email attachment. Once a design has been completed, full-working drawings can be issued along with a full quotation.

Supply/Installation
Vent-Axia Clean Air Systems products can be acquired in 3 different ways; directly from Vent-Axia on a project basis, where, once a design/quotation has been agreed upon, our own installers will supply and complete the installation, including commissioning and balancing the system.

Through our design distributors network, Vent-Axia trained design/installers look after the smaller projects or individual single dwelling enquiries, offering a full design, supply and installation service.

On a ‘supply only’ basis products can be purchased from our national distribution network, electrical wholesaler or H&V stockists.

After Sales Service
Once a project has been completed, Vent-Axia’s commitment does not end there. Our Clean Air Systems products carry a full 2 year part and labour warranty on all installations and a 5 year warranty on all LoWatt Energy Saving motors. A national network of service engineers ensures that any issues can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
